The City of ALLEN, Texas and M&M Irrigation and Illumination have partnered together to provide the homeowners a Sprinkler System Evaluation Program, at no charge to the resident. This service is provided by the Water Conservation division of the City through limited budget funds.

This program is for Allen residents with a water utility account and an in-ground automatic sprinkler system. (Not for commercial properties) It is intended to help conserve water through sprinkler efficiency.

No repairs, or adjustments will be made, but a report of findings will be furnished to both the homeowner and the city. Residents must be available to walk the property with the evaluator at the appointment time.

"No Shows" or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the service for the property address.

There are approximately 40 evaluations available per month, and requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis.

If the program is full for the month, you will not be able to “fill-in” your information and submit. You can check back on the first day of each month to determine if spaces are available.
