The residential sprinkler evaluation program provided by TRWD is open and ready for requests.

Tarrant Regional Water District, City of Mansfield, and M&M Irrigation and Illumination have partnered together to provide a Sprinkler System Evaluation Program to homeowners, at no charge.

This evaluation is for water efficiency purposes only and includes recommended best practices for improvements. The evaluation is not intended for use as an official inspection of installation rules and - or compliance with any regulations.

This program is for residents with a water utility account and an in-ground automatic sprinkler system. It is intended to help conserve water by increasing sprinkler efficiency and reducing water waste. Residential property only. Homes converted to offices are not eligible..

No repairs, or adjustments will be made during the evaluation, but a full report of findings will be provided to both the homeowner and the city.

Changes to appointment times within 48 hours of appointment may result in cancellation of appointment and may not be rescheduled.
